Lulu Conner had been in Paris to watch Team USA compete in the Olympic Games
The sister-in-law of a Team USA athlete has sadly died after arriving in Paris for the Olympics.
Lulu Conner is the sister-in-law of water polo athlete Maggie Steffens, whose husband is Bobby Conner, Lulu’s brother.
While the details surrounding Lulu’s death are unclear, Maggie said she had been ‘so excited’ to be watching the team in Paris.
“She was so excited for the Olympic Games,” Maggie told The Associated Press.
“We’re really close. She’s the light of the world. She just brings so much joy to everyone. She always brings people together.
